The truth behind that was, these three vehicles were all part of that collaborative project DSM. They were all built on the same platform. They all held mechanically identical engines, transmission systems, and drivetrains. In fact even the option levels for each were the same. However, there were differences of course, excluding the brand and the names themselves. But then again, the changes were mostly limited to the wheels, the availability of colors, and the minor trim pieces. So as to know if it is an Eagle Talon or not, look for its two-tone body color. It has a 'greenhouse' look which meant that it looked black no matter what color the body said it held. <br /> <br /> Basically, the Eagle Talon has two doors. It is a hatchback and has two front seats and two marginal fold down rear seats. It has four option levels which comprise of the DL, the ESi, the TSi, and the TSi AWD.
