Usually it's about giving your name and e-mail because the free gift is used to develop an opt in mailing list or as a method of gaining affiliates and so creating a downline. Basically it amounts to the same thing but it shouldn't put us off because a lot of the programs available like this are excellent and really open up access free advertising, e-mailing or useful materials and software.<br /> <br /> The other kind of free is after you make a mandatory payment or promise to at a later date.
