The advertisement is a component which is used as a major tool by the marketing people in joint venture with the human resource department in order to fill the vacant positions of the company for employment together with flashes from press and media , broadcasting sources,etc for making the public aware of the opportunities in various sectors of business across the globe. This advertisement,though has many columns in best newspapers are present with details given by corporates , in the field of human resource the concept of unemployment for the educated and uneducated with training is highly predominant because they do not get the right match of jobs and dont find any of the advertisements satisfactory be a newspaper,or magazine or any website that is used as a placement cell.Even if internet sources are present they demand payment from candidate seeking employment. I strongly feel that corporates want to expand and grow in their business in wide areas but still to overcome unemployment problem for the people in their living state and country, to improve the economic developement,in these areas not many corporates are coming forward giving a wide choice of opening for men and women sector who are also equally qualified with talent and potential and give provision of relaxation to work on part time from home without payments for their jobs. The quality of advertisement in internet is too bad, because more that corporates in business advertising for their company recruitment in websites, i found individuals having more than one employment seek another employment to work in addition to this to have increase in earnings by data entry and other means.in addition to this ,self advertising is more common for seeking of jobs rather than business advertisement from companies. IF we take the percentage of self advertisement people in internet for acquiring their own jobs, this is definitely higher across the world and very much in developing countries like india present to a greater extent. This only gives unemployed people give a bad opinion about the human resource department of companies and HR consultants and also the corporates running the business because when technology is so rapid and fast growing every minute in 24 hours of the day, how come no efforts are taken to generate fruits of income for the unemployed in a flexible manner irrespective of men and women even for tender jobs like work from home data entry on part time generation of income without payment of cash for job. Now the standard of people of education in many areas is widely better that every individual is able to make an assessment of his nature of job,designation and salary levels once he accumulates grip and makes a good study and analysis of the industrial market. So, i strongly feel that the unemployment concept has to be taken into concern bearing in mind that industrial advertisement must improve and generate healthy opportunities for people and the concept of self advertisement by an individual must reduce and become to nil for seeking a job which is not good. If self advertisement is entertained then the job of the HR consultant is a rountana trip. Taking the advertisement from press or newspaper with the cuttings ,contacting the party in case if they are abroad ,making agreements with them and becoming an agent commissioner in human resource is too big process. I never say it must not be done. The concept of self advertisement of individuals to seek employment in a flexible manner must be kept minimal if this is done then the work of Human Resource consultants does not exist at all .
