HTML Citrus Grilled Salmon Citrus Grilled Salmon Author: Janine MichaelsThe delicious orange kissed marinade makes this grilled salmon even more of a treat. 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup honey 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish 2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce 1 teaspoon grated orange peel 1 (2-1/2 pounds) salmon fillet Directions In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Pour 2/3 cup into a large resealable plastic bag; add salmon. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade from salmon. Place salmon skin side down on grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes. Brush with some of the reserved marinade.
