India is one of the fastest growing Developing nations of the world but the condition of its Road which is primarily responsible for the success statement is fast deteriorating. Indian metro roads and its Guardians - the traffic police - are the Most Outdated and on the verge of being called obsolete traffic force. The Conditions of Traffic police in some parts of India are really Pathetic Like in Calcutta, Traffic in Chennai and in Patna. We are forced to wonder if there is any traffic policing system Exists in those towns. The situations have come to such an extent in those metropolis Town that commuters are themselves guiding & trafficking to logical Point.
Traffic policing department has been a nuisance and most outdated, structured to Guide and Monitor the traffic situation during 50's 0r 60's era. Now the scene is drastically has changed. Our traffic police and its system are required huge over hauling and up-gradation. we dedicatedly need to ensure effecting Few Changes like the Monitoring of the performance of the traffic police & other agencies on the roads for traffic law & order situations and for Various other Measures so as to stop the corruption from Traffic force and make it More suitable and Most modern as per the latest Advancement in the automobile and traffic movement conditions.
As we see normally during commuting on the road in Scorching sun or in heavy rain or in chilly cold day , the traffic man normally found comforting themselves away from the harass conditions on the roads and leaving the whole traffic , its system and commuters at the God's mercy or for the devil's peril . We sincerely need to find the reason why it is so? It seems as if they lack the motivation and enthusiasm to do the job they have been appointed for on their own self will. It's quite often and normal to see the traffic police man accepting bribe from the rule breakers or on some smaller pretext etc from various truck drivers and other commuters. Who is responsible for this? The system or the traffic police man or we the commuters those who pay the bribe to avoid the other long legal and expensive hassles to settle the matter in the court. We need to sincerely ponder over such issues in lengths to find the amicable answer and implementing same for better cause and our better tomorrow.
A new re-structuring and over hauling of our present day traffic and traffic police situation is most imminent. We need to inject fresh and new sense of Trafficking the traffic system with extra vigor, vitality, enthusiasm and motivation towards their traffic duty sense. It is need of the hour to think for their cause too like their working conditions, pay package and other essential facility required for the perfect functioning of Mind, heart and mentality for Best results. There must be a proper central Authority to look into the Details of the problem, cause, and its remedy measures to ensure free flow Movement of our traffic with happy, corruption free and most diligent smiling courteous traffic man welcoming each and every passing traffic and road commuters for their safe Journey.
