But there is still one more set of bolt and rod inside to be removed. After removing it, then the handle can be pulled out already. Attach
the new door handle into place by screwing it with the ratchet set.

After that, test if the door handle fits perfectly. With the screwdriver mimicking the bar which engages when the door is closed, pull the handle. The screwdriver should be released. If everything is working well, start replacing all the parts removed (start with the last removed part like the plastic covering).
