Alton Towers Theme Park opens on the March 17th 2007 tickets start at just £24.

The Skyride and Runaway Mine Train are closed until further notice.(well it was in March 2007 anyway).

NEW! There's something in the Dung Heap adventure playground for younger children themed around the peculiarly British and eternally fascinating topic of 'dung'!.

If a family goes to the Alton Towers theme park can I still visit the waterpark and the Spa... or the other way round?Of course you can! The theme park, Cariba Creek and the Spa each make a great day trip, but the way to get the most

out of Alton Towers Resort is to stay over at one of the hotels. Then you can mix and match the attractions in

whatever way suits you best. There's enough to keep you going for several days, we can promise you!

What can a family get to eat and drink at Alton Towers Resort?
You'll find a range of restaurants and bars at the Resort - every taste is catered for. For more information,

Is Alton Towers Resort accessible to family visitors with disabilities?
Alton Towers make every effort to ensure that the Resort is accessible to all our guests. Ican say it was ok, 12 year old friend in a wheel chair, was ok but my arms are now like Mike Tysons.

Do kids have height and age requirements at Alton Towers?
Certain attractions at the theme park and water park have height and age restrictions. In addition, some attractions are not suitable for guests with larger body dimensions. All restrictions are made clear as you enter the queue line.

You must be 12 years or older to visit the park on your own and 16 years or over to visit the Spa.

I felt like a kid again and im 40,super place for all the family, and we have abig family.
