EB5 Programme

Living in the USA with a lifetime’s Permanent Residence Status, usually referred to as a green card or American green card, you can now do so by investing $500,000 into a Government designated Regional Center, for approximately three years, and applying for the EB5 visa.
Under new EB5 legislation introduced at the end of 2003, you no longer need to be actively involved with a business or to directly employ ten or more US citizens.
