"Give me somewhere to stand, and I will move the earth." Archimedes
If any one, a family member or friend that very close to you had told you in the past, few days, or minutes ago: "No need to peruse your higher education or go ahead and obtain your undergraduate or graduate degree, because it is just worthless and waste of time." This is not the advice you should listen to or take into consideration his nonsense advice. You’ve got to go to get your college degree, if you have what it takes to get it, this is the most important things one should do in this time and age, and the health of your future depends on it. This important mater will not just help you in getting higher pay or all the wonderful things you dreamed and still dreaming about in life: latest techno-gadgets, new car, and wonderful villa in green, safe nice neighborhood. It is for sure well enhance your human characteristics, your creative abilities, and the knowledge to live longer happy and fulfilled; last but not least it is going to make you able to compete with all man kind world-wide. So what is needed to get a degree?
According to most well known colleges and universities a self motivated person with enough energy to last at least for the entire time needed to get the degree: undergraduate or graduate. Secondly a sum of money that can pay for admission, courses, housing, books, insurance. (do not let these thing stop you) There is tons of scholarship around. Just look around you and you'll get help to get you through college. No scholarship, no problem get someone to lend you the money: Banks, family, others.
Decide then where you went to go to study, based on your future goals. Which college or university, private or state owned, international or regional? What major of study you went to pursue? Ask those questions and more, and then start searching for the one best furnishes your needs. Don't shy away form asking and looking for advices from universities and colleges advisers or friends with degrees in the same field you are pursuing.
Finally I leave you with this quote: "I think, therefore I am."
Good luck.
