In August, Bluerank SEM agency, as a first Polish company became a member of SEMPO – international organization, which unites professional companies specialized in the field of search engine marketing.

SEMPO works similarly to IAB but it concentrates on narrower field of e-marketing – SEM, that means promotional activities in search engines - explains Maciej Galecki, founder of Bluerank agency, which belongs to the Interactive Advertising Bureau and Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization.

At the begging of this year, SEMPO had 500 members from all over the world between which are companies such as: DoubleClick or MediaContacts.com. The organization is mainly being sponsored by Google and Yahoo. Due to the support from members and financial partners, SEMPO has been very active in the international interactive area for more than 5 years. It does educational work in SEM field, it constitutes practical business platform on which customers and executors from different countries can start cooperation, exchange experiences...
