One: You need to be a leader for your team. This means that you need to be able to teach your team members how to make their business successful. Show them how to advertise, how to start their own team under them, and how to be a good leader for their team.
You are the one that everyone will follow so you must learn how to be a good leader. People are not born leaders, but they can learn to be one.
When they look to you for leadership you must be able to deliver. To do that you look at the leaders in the company you are involved with and then you try and duplicate what they are doing. You will soon be able to interject your own personality and style.
Two: If you want to make money with a team then you need to have good communication with your team. This doesn't mean just you being able to contact your team.
It means that your team members need to be able to contact you if they need to for any reason. Whenever you are contacted for any reason it is important that you always get back with that person.
If you can't help them with what they need then it is up to you to find them the help they need. This will involve getting to know the right people in the company you represent. Being able to pick up the phone and get answers is a great thing.
The more you lead your team and help them, the more they will help you. A good team leader will be able to show their team members how to make money with a team.
Being a good leader is the key to make money online, especially when you work with a team. As you develop your team you can make way more money then you ever could if you tried to do all of the work yourself.
