Many of the land banking companies often mislead the investors about the Planning requirements of the land they sell. This result in agitation from the investors and the local political think tanks. This in turn leads to major land scams such as the Kent land scams.

The need of the hour for these companies is that they provide adequate information about the land they sell. The legality involved in buying and selling land should be adequately communicated to the investors to avoid the future repercussions such as the Kent land scams.

Though the Kent Land Scams is not the typical scam of cheating on the investors, but it can be treated more as a case of "withheld information".

Hence it is urged to the Land Banking Companies to give complete information to the investors about the property they are selling and avoid scams such as the Kent land Scams.
