Coloring pages are an easy, free way to entertain children during travel or on a rainy day.
Coloring pages you can print from the internet are a fantastic way to hold your kid's attention. Coloring pages and printables activities are free for anyone with a computer, an internet connection and a printer. Your child will love to browse the selection with you and point to the ones they want.
Instead of buying coloring books of the child's favorite cartoon or movie characters, use the internet to look up some coloring pages for Disney, Pokemon, princesses, Barbie or whatever your child's particular passion is. There is an endless selection from which to choose.
Teachers and parents can also rely on the internet as a resource for educational coloring pages. Children can be taught their colors, the alphabet, numbers, the seasons, and have holiday traditions reinforced, as well as religious instruction fostered in Sunday School or at home.
Coloring pages are a great way to occupy your kids on a long car trip or airline flight. They can keep little hands and minds quietly busy in a waiting room or when stuck indoors during wet weather. As soon as kids are old enough to understand that they must only color on the paper and not the table or walls, coloring is a great activity that requires very little direction by the parents.
