Perfume: The Art of Smelling Good and Irresistable

By: Jack Lee | Posted: 02nd October 2006

Do you smell? Believe it or not, but you may not recognize the answer to this question. I have known a good number of folks in my life that have a shoddy odor. Granted, a few of them did not shower regularly, but come on. In this present world we all share where bathrooms come quite widespread in each home, I would expect that a good number of people take showers or bathes on a day to day basis. It should be a common grooming habit if you ask me. Yet, I have also known a few people, who were men no doubt, that smelled no matter of the fact that they cleaned up day to day. We'd be hanging out at school or downtown, and I couldn't help but catch a whiff of their foul odor. It was high time for a cologne, body spray or even brand label perfume to kick that funk to the curb.

Do you know the distinction between a designer name perfume and a drugstore perfume? Well, let me give you a basic rundown. The designer name scent is made to last longer. What many people do not realize about fragrances is that they are all truly different. Take an eau de toilette for example. These perfumes are made with more enduring oils; therefore they will last longer and produce a more powerful perfume, even in small doses. Then you have the body spray. These are a weaker version, which can certainly be applied more freely. Their fragrance will wear off as the day progresses. In my perception, the key fragrance that every human being should be wearing is deodorant/antiperspirant. This should be a law or something along those lines. Body odor is not an attractive sight. So all of you hippies out there, who refrain from using any deodorants or designer name perfume, you wreak. I don't care if no one has told you yet. Chances are they never will. But, you most likely still radiate a terrible funk.

If you are in the market for a quality brand label perfume, you might want to hop online. This is possibly the perfect place to go if you're in the market for cologne, body spray or brand name perfume. There is a massive selection available. However, before you decide on that right cologne or designer name fragrance, you'll possibly want to check it out in your local department store first. This way you can be certain that it smells right on your skin.
