You accuse me of dropping an "f-bomb" with my video.
RealityBytes in fact is the one who dropped the "f-bomb" with her frivolous DMCA complaint.
I adroitly figured out a "work-around" to her phony DMCA complaint and that apparently annoys you...so be it.
It's very obvious you don't understand the copyright concept of "Fair Use."
You also don't understand the issue here is filing phony, frivolous DMCA complaints just to get something removed that a person doesn't like or that annoys a person and to stifle free speech.
Your contention that I did not approve her video as a response is false. She is somewhat of a spin doctor. I did indeed approve her video response. It was there until she made her video clip and then it was removed as a response.
I'm not sure if there is a way for the sender of a video to remove it as a response, but it was indeed removed...the same day that she uploaded her "bully" video (of which she's changed the title 3 times as well as set her comments to approval only so she can spin the perception of her video to her liking).
Also, let me add this as a word of caution to you...
I have no need to go out and hire an attorney, I have one on retainer (as RealityBytes is going to find out very soon).
I'm also Greg Solomon, it's not a "character."
You are patently stating that I am a liar in your video.
Broadcasting such an accusation in a public medium is libelous, thus giving me a legal right of action. Ask any attorney, and he or she will verify that to you.
You speak of the "letter versus the spirit of the law" and then you do something (in your emotional tirade) that is worse than anything on the video which you're complaining about.
Now, there are two options here...
You can amend your video by the end of today to remove and retract the libelous content in it, or I'll turn it over to my attorney Monday morning with instructions to subpoena your identity from You Tube and file a libel suit against you.
Also, I have a piece of advice for you.
Calm down. Get yourself a pair of glasses that actually fit so you're not adjusting them every 30 seconds, and calm down.
