Otherwise, your flat and reputation might be at stake if the tenant draws loans from banks showing fictitious owners.This is exactly what happened with Pune-based 34 year-old techie who owns a flat in Kalyan and works in Pune with an IT major.Shailesh Tembhurne, the techie has revealed to MiD DAY exclusively that a 37-year-old woman has misused his flat address in Kalyan to secure loans from various banks and defaulted. The techie Shailesh Tembhurne then filed an FIR at the Kalyan (W) police station against the woman.
