1)go to youtube or dailymotion
2)find a video you like and want
3)find the url and copy ALL of it
go to http://www.keepvid.com
4)click the first link that comes up on the web
5)paste the url of the video in the bar and hit download
6)download in high quality
7)open itunes and click movies and go to file add file to library and find the file you just downloaded and sync it to your ipod
