http://kyegrace.com As a Vancouver Realtor I don't use print marketing, I won't use print marketing, I don't think you should use print marketing...but if you insist and you send out calendars, consider doing this.
I can't stand those generic calendars that your Mechanic, Pharmacist, Mortgage Professional etc are already giving away too many of. Why join them? Do you really think people remember who gave them the calendar with the same lame pictures year after year with out going and reading your business info?
Doubt it. Doubt 90% of them even get hung up.
What I suggest is if you are printing 500 generic calendars you print 100 REMARKABLE calendars instead. What do I mean?
I just did a quick search for pet groups in my city on MeetUp.com and found this http://bostonterrier.meetup.com/345/ The Kitsilano & Area Boston Terrier Meetup Group.
Get a 100 (or how ever many are in the group) Boston Terrier calendars printed with your info placed subtly on each page and go to their next meet up.
I'll bet that not only will those calendars get hung up, they probably wont even have to look to remember where they got it. They will probably tell their friends about it, heck give them all two and they can give one away for you.
Even if those 100 calendars cost you the same or more as the 500 generics your ROI will be through the roof compared to the generics.
So if you insist...at least try this.
I would love to hear if anyone does it!
