I offer over 13 years of Real Estate experience. My wealth of knowledge and expertise bring the highest level of professionalism and excellence to every transaction. In 2006, I was in the top one percent in sales volume for all Spokane Realtors. I was Rookie of the year winner in 1995, a Diamond Award Winner last year, and was also the first Realtor in Spokane to receive an E-Pro Certification. In 2007, I was received Catalyst's yearly award for top 20 under 40 rising stars. In addition, I have my Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES).

Community Involvement:
I am very active in the greater Spokane Community and believe in giving back. I am a Salvation Army Board Member and a CCIM Board Member. I am also a member of The Junior League of Spokane, Greater Spokane Incorporated and the Convention of Visitors Bureau. As a member of the Board of Realtors, I am the Legislative and Technology committees. I continue every month to volunteer and give to numerous charities and also support the Windermere Foundation: with every house sold, a portion of my commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1989.
Estate Sales:
I own an antique Estate Sale business and can provide complete liquidation of properties and their contents, including antiques, collectibles, and home furnishings.
