Plant-based protein source with a great nutritional profile, readily available organically due to it's amazing ability to grow like a weed, therefore not requiring pesticides, etc. Protein that is readily bio-available and far superior to soy because of that, even though slightly lower in protein content. The better bio-availability of the protein itself is what makes it superior to soy as a plant-based protein source. (See my other vids regarding soy as well...I am against the vast majority of soy use).
How we can use hemp to compensate for the huge magnesium deficiency we face when our insulin levels are unregulated...and therefore making us fat.
Hemp may be a great substitute for the reduction of fiber a brief no-grain diet will contribute to; great source of fiber. See my other vids and informational material regarding going no-grain temporarily in our effort to stabilize insulin and lose fat.
(Don't go buy the synthetic vits and mins and dump them in the toilet, I was bein' silly of course).
Gimme stars under my vids if you think I'm on to something...as many stars as possible. (Smiley face goes here).
