Hey ya'll. For those of you that do not know me, my name is Jake and I am a work in progress. To date I have lost 70lbs since February of 2008 and I'm working to better my life. Also, I freely admit that Ive let myself go to hell over the years. Ive done damage that I may not be able to repair, but I have to try. Obesity brings horrible things. Diabetes, stroke, heart disease, kidney disease, certain cancers, people I dont want it. I want to let all of you know up front that in NO WAY am I trying to show off or show any one of you exactly how to do any of this stuff. Honestly, I dont really know how to do this stuff myself. I am just in the beginning baby-step learning stage of all of it. I just know it makes me sweat my ass off 2 hours a day 4 days a week. The point of these videos is to show other unhealthy people (folks that let themselves get to the point where I am/was) that it can be done. It can be fixed. I got a long way to go, but I have come a long way too and let me tell you, I am the most laziest, most unmotivated, excuse making, complaining, whiny little snot God ever created! If I can do this stuff, ANYONE can do it, including you!
