Once you sign up, enter your info so they know where you send it, select 'referral' as your account type, and then complete either one level A offer, or 50 points worth of level B offers. The best way to go about this that I found was in the level B offers, you can do Stamps for 24 points, and then Fly Cell for 26 points, and both offers offer FREE trials, so you won't have to pay anything! And with the Fly Cell offer, you just need a cell phone, no credit card at all! There are also a few level A offers that have trials under $2.
One good option to try is to do the Credit Check Total offer. It offers a FREE trial, so all you have to do is sign up for that, keep it for a few days, then cancel it before the trial is up (unless you'd like to keep it) and you pay absolutely nothing!
I've done most of those and never had any problems with them, don't have to worry about being ripped off, just make sure you read the terms and conditions of each offer.
(the ps3 and wii sites are a bit different, but still just as easy to do)
After you've completed your own requirements, then just get others to sign up, either with youtube, blogs, freebie forums, or have friends and family sign up (make sure they sign up from a different house, or else you'll both get your account locked) or search around for referral trading sites where you people will sign up on your site for money or do yours if you do theirs.
I swear this isn't a scam as I've already received over $1000 from another of their sites, so I know for a fact they pay up. They've even been talked about on CNN, MSNBC, G4TV and other news networks.
If you're worried about getting spammed, worry not. The only emails I've received from them are ones telling me that my offer was complete or that my payment/item has been sent.
