This is a 1995 Toyota previa van. It is all wheel drive with a Toyota 3CT, 2.4 liter TURBO DIESEL engine in it. This vehicle is set up with an auxiliary fuel system so you can burn straight vegetable oil or petroleum diesel at the flip of a switch. It has a ultra custom conversion system from www.goldenfuelsystems.com, including a hot fox heated fuel pickup in the main tank, an auxiliary 2.5 gallon custom diesel tank under the hood, with the ability to run diesel in either tank. The vegetable oil filter is easy to access, and is a top loading design. Very simple maintenance.
The vehicle stars and runs great, with about 75,000 miles on the diesel engine and transmission. The body is straight and clean. Interior is in good shape. Front and rear A/C works well, and was serviced when the engine swap occurred. New timing belt. This van is ready to drive away now.
This is a great van for the involved owner. It is in good shape, but given the fact that it was not sold in this configuration in the states, it would be best to have this van go to someone who is mechanically inclined so that they can be up to speed on the system and be involved in the maintenance. Parts for the van body are available like any other Previa, and many parts for the engine are available in the states. Specialty parts can be ordered from Japan.
