Instead of bingeing and purging I asked my Mom to go on a nature walk. Join us for a beautiful and sunshine filled walk full of gratitude, God, praise and a little dancing too!!! Ps. I realized after I made this that I was in 4th position not 5fth... I didn't land well either, oh well, I'm happy I didn't pass out! Horray for healing energy!!! a lifelong commitment to recovery!!! all of God's offerings!!! Life, go on... live it!!!
