Only one well-known Republican is blitzing his way across the Silver State right now.
Ron Paul went to breakfast Monday morning in Reno spreading his message about states' rights and reducing federal government.
In particular, he responded to Hillary Clinton's idea to freeze interest rates for five years as a way to fight the mortgage crisis. Instead he says let the market take care of itself. "I think it's the silliest thing I ever heard. I mean it's exactly the opposite of what the market would do; you don't freeze anything."
Paul is pumping big money into his Nevada campaign hoping for a good showing in the state that started the Sagebrush Rebellion which was all about reducing federal control.
