There are migraine auras, and migraine auras without headache. I have the latter, in spades. It's very interesting - it's essentially the dreaming body, as far as I can tell, only felt while fully awake. I think Tesla had it, and it's enabled me to acquire quite a few insights, as well. For more info, Google "migraine aura without headache" (with or without the quotes - tons of hits either way). I had to explain this in anticipation of an upcoming video about some of the insights this phenomenon has yielded with regard to how humans perceive and what makes us different from pre-modern humans.
