Ceasar's mighty legions - well two of them - pass through Milton Keynes
Rather than footslog it up Watling Street a couple of Roman soldiers hopped on a train from Milton Keynes to Chester.

Gaius Longinus Dacanus and Caius Lucius Cadras, were trying to get back to their Legion in Cheshire.

Fortunately for them there are now up to 13 trains a day between Milton Keynes and Chester.

The pair were promoting the former Roman stronghold as a tourist attraction.
