This ad features the host of a party giving his friend a tour of his newly renovated home. Hes explaining how he could afford the house, renovation and other financial products such as RRSPs and RESPs because of all the help and advice he got from his credit union. He is being really fussy and, because he has appears to have settled down, his friend accuses him of being That Guy. When he finally shows off a pre-prepared baby room, his friend sums it up, saying Dude, you are so That Guy.
