I went to the citizens advice they seemed nice, but told me to phone so I phoned and they were not very helpful, they would not make an appointment with me, because they said there wasnt a problem because I havent had written notice. Then I guess I just kept thinking, unable to confront them cos of my fears (which reminds me Ill take the vid down on the other site no-one knows about and I will tell you my scary fantasies). If I was willing to leave a note like that to the previous owner, what is stopping me from expressing my wishes of a formal request for written notice and any relevant documents to support bankruptcy. The agency dont know they are the ones I suspect are being unlawful about things, they have blamed the owner so I will write to the agents to forward the letter on to the owner or to deal with it themselves. Bamm I get evidence or more suspicious behaviour by not responding. It just feels a bit daunting inflicting red letters on people, but Im trying to look after my rights. My fantasy being they will retaliate quite badly and thats what scares me.
Gonna try and take all the depressive vids down tonight if I get back home in time, sorry about that!!!! I will however let you know what I wrote cos I know you just like to have a little spy spy.
It better not have taken all the comas, full stops and brackets out this time arrgggg that is soooooo annoying!
