As a mortgage broker, I watched the demise of my industry and subsequently, my company. I do believe that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Most of the lenders in this video are ones that will never be forgotten and I enjoyed doing business with them. I feel for homeowners facing foreclosure. It is gut wrenching to watch the news these days. Still, as a responsible broker, we arranged loans where borrowers qualified. The subprime lenders featured in this video were not all evil. Millions have benefited from the subprime products that were available to consumers. We need to see some more smart and sensible products come back into the market place. Until then...
