Anthony's was diagnosed with ADHD. He has always been in trouble from preschool up until he was diagnosed. We had many meetings with teachers, vice principles, principles, school psychologists and once a meeting with another couple complaining about our son's behavior. We were pushed hard to go the drug route. We thought about it, even to the point where we talked to a physiologist and they were willing to prescribe something. The only thing holding us back were his grades. He always did above average when it came to his school work. Why try and fix something that isn't broken? put him on drugs cause he's a pain in the ass? I don't think so.
Speaking of learning disabilities here is a video I made my mom in 2006 for a non profit she was running. Very sad begining. I had to pay my kids off for acting in this video. I got them really sad by talking about the dog we had to give up (more info on seperate video - search for MadFace)
