(Sacramento) -- The California Assembly will hold floor sessions and committee hearings this week to deal with various pieces of legislation. Assembly Speaker Karen Bass (D-Los Angeles) says, while those floor sessions and hearings continue, she will continue talks with the other legislative leaders and the Governor regarding the state budget. Speaker Bass spoke with reporters just prior to Monday's floor session
