LESSONS:
Experience the thrill of surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, and kite boarding with the best support you'll find. Our instructors are seasoned veterans of their sport, certified in all safety requirements; focused on getting you going and having fun on your first lesson. We live what we teach. Main Beach has been offering lessons for 15 years and is committed to the outdoor lifestyle on the East End. We practice our sports year-round, in a variety of weather conditions, so w know how to gear you up for a comfortable outing. In most cases, equipment is included in the price of a lesson. If you would like to save a few dollars, bring along a few friends or join a group.
MBX SUMMER CAMP:
This year Main Beach is running MBX for 9 weeks.
Kids ages 9-14 learn the basics of extreme sports with certified instructors and professionals.
The sports include surfing, kite boarding, windsurfing, tubing, wake surfing and kayaking.
No experience is required for any of these sports! It's all about learning and improving skills.
The camp is 5 days a week. Each week is a complete session. Only 9 sessions are offered. The camp will meet every morning at Main Beach "Kids" shop at 9:30am. The camp ends at 3:30pm back at Main Beach "Kids" shop. All parents must be back at the shop at 3:30pm sharp to pick up the kids.
Important: Each session has only 22 spots available! This makes for a better learning experience and kid to teacher ratio, but spots are limited.
We will include all snacks, lunch, drinks and transportation to and from the activity spots. All sports equipment is supplied.
