NOTE: These are my opinions only.
Animal Crossing is a life simulation franchise created by Nintendo. The object of the game is that you have no objective. You just have to live your life, talk to other villagers witch are animals and do activities that you would do in the real world.
GRAPHICS: These are pretty decent for a DS game. even thogh the 3D isn't as perfect as the PSP, it's still good and understandable. The characters are well done and the houses and enviroment are too.
Gameplay:Even though the gameplay isn't as smooth the the Gamecube version, it still has the same elements that made the previous one fun. At the biginning of the game, you have a small house that you have to pay a loan to Tom Nook. This goes higher every time. Although, if u pay the loan, you get more space in your house (such as extra rooms and rooms upstairs). Talking woth other villagers allows you to have a good reputation and friends. You can also design cloth patters at the cloths store next to Tom Nook's store. To get bells, you'll need to sell things to Tom Nook. You can sell: furniture, clothing, fruit, fish and insects. You can capture fish and insects by buying the butterfly net and fishing rod. You'll be able to catch differant fish and insects during the year cause the game uses date and time. You also have Wi-Fi connection that alows you to connect with someone in the world.
REPLAYABILITY: Even though for some it could be boring but it's pretty good, it just depends of witch gamer you are.
Overall, this is a really fun game to play, despite it's little defaults, it's the same Animal Crossing we all know and love.
