Sure we can decide not to use credit cards, and you can avoid this easily. Actually, i highly recommend for evry1 to have a credit card and never use it, and in case u do, pay off the balance right away, but reality is that alot of us are dragging balances with theese crooks. And mostly the real subject at hand is interest rates, proper regulation is needed across the board of lending. Gov's need better oversight for this evil world of credit, it's in evry1's interest...
