THIS GUY CLAIMS TO HAVE A SPINAL INJURY! This guy also has a handicap placard for(him)in his vehicle to park in handicap spaces - no one else in his family has a need for it. This guy bought a new atv a few months ago within weeks of selling the blue one and now he sells it so he won't get caught with an atv. Notice he is signing the paperwork on the hood of the truck to the guy that is loading it up. Too bad there's a paper trail that can be followed showing the ATV was bought as seen in another video. He has plowed for the past 4 yrs and suddenly he stopped plowing. Now why would he do both these things? HE DOESN'T WANT TO GET CAUGHT! Why are the taxpayers footing the bill for this?
