Wow! What an Amazing week for Dallas - Fort Worth Real Estate. There was a whopping 900+ homes marked as sold on the NTREIS MLS, this week. Homes have been selling in every price range between $10,000 & $3.8M this last week in the Metroplex. The average sales price for the last week was $247,960 which is relatively high for a market. The average sales price to list price was 97% which means homes were selling for 97% of what they were originally listed for. This lets me know that home sales prices are starting to come in line with the true market values of the home.
