i did a book value on the car
dealer was $5500
retail $3500
then i saw $2500 as lowest end
2003 chevrolet cavalier 122000 miles
what do you think they should pay?
damage was
1 wheel bent off back axel
1 door broke off hinge drivers door
trunk bent up
whole drivers side gone
physical pain and suffering i wont discuss here
thanks again for advice
so far they have done a good job handling an auto accident
a lady hit me while i was sitting still
she tore off the wheel and the door
and bent up trunk and bumper and whole side of vehicle
anyway hope this helps i will add as time goes on and how they are doing
any other views or experiences appreciated
