West Dayton Area also happens to be initial predatory lender hit side of town in zip codes 45406, 45407, 45408, 45417 and 45418 where the ECONOMY has been bad for a long time and now a LOT worse - LENDERS hit out town a decade ago and the FORECLOSURES spread across Dayton to our Suburbs and throughout the State and now Country! MLK Jr's Birthday Thursday January 15th 2008 and Dayton Ohio had a few inches of snow and got in NEGATIVE DIGITS earlier today and it is now 4 DEGREES almost 5 DEGREES!!! VERY COLD and VERY ICEY and the CITY of DAYTON does not even salt or plough the side streets on this side of town... WHY IS THAT? WHY is WEST DAYTON being ignored? WHY are COMMUNITY CENTERS being torn down? WHY are ALL the grocery and drug stores closing down? Why are you NOT allowed IN the STORES that are there to PICK what you want instead of looking through a GLASS? There are REAL People with REAL Problems and REAL Families and CHILDREN and MOTHERS and FATHERS and GRANDMOTHERS and GRANDFATHERS who CAN NOT go the STORE or EAT or BUY GAS without LONG DRIVES if they can afford a car and the insurance and all the maintenance a car requires that do not have the CONVENIENCE that MANY around the CITY and in the DAYTON METRO AREA take for granted!!! Drive on the West Side of Dayton and try and find a drugstore to buy feminine products one day for example and see exactly what I mean OR go to the closest intersection to my Dayton Real Estate office of Gettysburg and Germantown and try and buy lunch!! Yeah LMAO Just TRY TO EAT!!! NO GROCERY STORE - KROGERS moved out and is NOT coming back!!! NO Drugstore CLOSED - NO McDonalds - KNOCKED DOWN AND REBUILT AWAY from this HIGHLY POPULATED with PEOPLE just LIVING their LIVES in the CITY in AMERICA and the Gas Station that has NO ACCESS to PICK OUT what you REALLY WANT and can see through the glass wall to keep US OUT!!Each time I go in a place like that I laugh and feel like I am a Prisoner within this FREE COUNTRY!! That is why I say THIS IS THE LAND OF THE NOT SO FREE!!! If I can not walk freely through a store to pick out what I would like to purchase then I am not free! If I do not have the luxury of corner drugstores and markets then I am not free! Maybe signs with the words THIS IS HERE FOR YOUR COMMUNITY YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER YOUR SISTER AND BROTHER so KEEP IT HERE by NO VIOLENCE so it can be OPEN for ALL!!! COMMUNITIES need things to do and I don't see Parks and Places to play and learn and grow like I do in the Suburbs so kids get bored as is normal if there is no where to really hang out and enjoy being a kid. Sunsets are rare to see because of what's left of our factories smog and the waste dump VERY close by to the Intersection we need to revive!
