5. when you click on it, the site comes... select your service and type in your cellphone number.

6. once you type in your cell phone number, you should receive a text message to your cellphone that has a short code in.

7. type the short code on the site your on, and press enter.

8. go back to your cellphone, and reply to the text message... just say this as the reply "STOP"... then send the text message... (this makes it so that they dont charge you a penny...)
