One California judge is ordering Britney Spears to undergo random drug testing. The judge in Spears and Federline's custody case called the pop star a "habitual, frequent and continuous" drug and alcohol user. She'll now be tested twice a week. Spears has also been ordered to meet with a parenting coach 8 hours a week, and both are told to enroll in a co-parenting program. No change has been made in the former couple's equal custody agreement.
OJ Simpson is now facing kidnapping charges. That's just another felony offense he's being charged with in the robbery of sports memorabilia in Los Vegas. He faces a total of 10 charges including robbery and assault with a deadly weapon. The former football player will apparently head to court this morning. He could face life in prison. Simpson says he's innocent of any crime and was only trying to retrieve stolen items.
Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden says he plans to marry Nicole Richie. In a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest the rocker says right now the focus is on the baby... but they are in love and happy. Richie and Madden have been dating since earlier this year and announced they were expecting in July. Madden says he can't wait to be a father.
Stars flooded New York's Radio City Music Hall last night in memory of Martin Luther King Jr. "The Dream Concert" featured performances by big artists like Queen Latifah, Garth Brooks and Stevie Wonder. Fashion Designer Tommy Hillfiger was there as well as Cedric the Entertainer. King's daughter Bernice was also there in memory of her father. The show raised money for the building of the MLK Jr. Memorial in Washington DC.
Brad Pitt is bringing his portrayal of western outlaw Jesse James to the big screen. The actor attended the premiere of his new film "The Assasination of Jesse James By Coward Robert Ford" last night in New York. Angelina Jolie was right by his side. Other stars Mary-Louise Parker and Casey Affleck also arrived at the event. The film is scheduled to hit some theaters October 10.
