Compensation Plan
A WebProsperity Team Member shall receive a Commission for each WebProsperity Package sale made by a Customer referred by a Member and for each recurring payment made by the Customer primarily referred by the Member. The WebProsperity Team Member is entitled to receive additional bonuses depending on the Member network organization structure and his or her involvement in the WebProsperity business.
The Commission payments and additional bonuses will only be made when WebProsperity Packages have actually been sold to the Customer. There is no payment for introducing people to the WebProsperity business.
The Member shall receive Commission on the level described in the Compensation Plan and the provisions herein. The level of the Commission earned by a Member depends on the chosen WebProsperity Package Subscription. Only an active WebProsperity Package subscription enables a Member to receive the Commission.
Active WebProsperity Premium Builder Package Subscribers are entitled to receive a PaceSetter Bonus at the level of USD 6 per each referred sale, as well as per each recurring payment made by a referred Customer.
The additional bonus due to an active WebProsperity Premium Package Subscriber is a Momentum Matrix Royalty bonus. The level and amount of the Momentum Matrix Royalty bonus depends on the level of association of a Member and the structure of the Member network organization. At any time the Momentum Matrix Royalty bonus shall be calculated from the 10 levels of the network organization structure.
The Members at the "Association" level are the Members who have personally enrolled less than 3 active WebProsperity Team Members. The Members at the Silver Association level are the Members who have personally enrolled from 3 to 5 active WebProsperity Team Members. The Members at the Gold Association level are the Members who have personally enrolled from 6 or more active WebProsperity Team Members.
Association Members shall receive the Momentum Matrix Royalty bonus from the first 5 levels of their network organization structure. Silver Associates shall receive the Momentum Matrix Royalty bonus from the 8 levels of their network organization structure. Gold Associates shall receive the Momentum Matrix Royalty bonus from the 10 levels of their network organization structure.
The Momentum Matrix Royalty bonus shall be calculated on a percentage basis. The Momentum Matrix Royalty bonus shall be calculated from the amount of USD 10.
