My Muscles #5 (Natural Bodybuilding)
Eat right, Exercise Regularly, Sleep, Listen to your body as it will tell you what it needs. Your muscles need protein and amino acids. Your body needs rest. Processed foods are NOT natural. Avoid processed foods. Eat whole foods. Eat natural and organic foods. They may cost more money, but the health of your body depends on what you put into your body. You are what you eat. If you put fattening foods into your body you will become fat. If you put lean meat and healthy natural organic foods into your body, then your body will become healthy. But it is more than just the foods you put into your body. You must get up and move and do some physical exercise. Do something physical. It does not matter what it is as long as you are moving and your muscles are being worked.
Which kind of workout should be primary? Cardiovascular because if you loose your heart you die!!! If you loose a arm or leg, you can still live and function, but without your heart, you are dead!!!
So remember cardiovascular workouts should be our primary workout and resistance workouts of our other muscles should be secondary. This does not mean that we only do cardiovascular workouts, but that cardio is more important to your overall health and longevity of life.
