The sky's the limit for Dubai. The UAE based developer Nakheel has
unveiled plans at the annual Cityscape gathering of property
developers to build the world's tallest tower. A sign of defiance
against the global economic slowdown which is sapping the credit
lines of developers. But is the region really surviving unscathed
