After my return to Sydney, my company organised for you to visit and take part in the launch and commercialisation of our product Fire Miracle / Fire Killer produced from dates in Sydney, and to finalise and sign the contract(s) for the purchase of the rights for manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of Fire Miracle / Fire Killer from dates and its by-products, in the Middle East Zone.
As it happened, you made arrangements to come on your own, without assistants or other parties involved, as you said you were the decision-maker in this matter, and you did not require introducers and brokers to be involved. Your accountant, Mr Udris, gave us assurance by phone about your commitment to this project.
An official corporate invitation was issued to you, and arrangements were made for your Visa by this organisation, and its subsidiary company Fire Miracle Pty Ltd. You arrived in Sydney Australia, On arrival you were welcomed by Fire Miracle Directors and representatives: I Abdullah Haidar-Wardak Managing Group Managing Director, Ms Maha Shikwana Director and Financial Controller, Mr Warwick McLauchlan Director and Operations Manager, and Mr Yousif Suleiman. You were escorted to your Hotel of Choice, the Marriot at Parramatta, Sydney. I did inform you of a meeting which would take place at my residence later that day, where you would be introduced to other shareholders and the Technical Advisor of our company Jaafar Radey Mashat. The meeting took place, and after serving dinner you were escorted to your Hotel. You acknowledged discomfort, and you wanted to move from that hotel. We managed to accommodate you at Crowne Plaza Hotel at Parramatta, and you moved on the same night.
During your visit here, we took you to witness the launch and commercialisation test of the product, which was organised on 28th of January 2005, on the Grounds of Test safe Australia of Work Cover NSW at Londonderry near Sydney. That occasion was the launch and commercialisation of the Fire Miracle / Fire Killer product produced from dates. It was also proof that the product complies with Australian Standards. This test was recorded on videotape, and was reported in the Internal Bulletin of Test safe Australia as a remarkable success were I did send to you the copy of the Bulletin and snap shots of the recording. Attached is a copy of this bulletin, Exhibit 5.
It now appears to us, that right from the start, you had the intention to go behind the NCND agreement, my back and steal the project, without paying any investors or shareholders of Fire Miracle Pty Ltd, the company which developed the Fire Miracle / Fire Killer product to the stage which was demonstrated in Jeddah on 24th of October 2004. You found the opportunity to meet my technical advisor at the time Jaafar Radey Mashat, and your conspiracy mind started working actively. From the Statutory Declaration of Mr Nabil Aktila, Exhibit 6, it appears that the purpose of your visit had nothing to do with business. Mr Aktila is one of the Shareholders of the company. He accompanied you during some of your stay here, in which he expressed that he was uncomfortable to accompany you any more. You do recall that we did not reach any conclusion due to your improper manners.
