As part of the campaign, Allstate is encouraging parents and their children to sign an Allstate Parent-Teen Driving Contract, which lays out expectations for smart driving decisions, and consequences if those expectations are not met. Vanessa Williams kicked off the campaign on December 2 by signing a contract with her son Devin Williams.
