They now offer a one day, 8 hour, CEC-approved group exercise instructor training geared toward facilities looking to kettlebells into their clubs for a group exercise offering. Because running a kettlebell class demands a great deal of training (and should ONLY be conducted by a certified fitness professional who has at LEAST a base accreditation from any of the larger organizations ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF, NASM, etc) club owners, PT Managers and Group Exercise Managers are now beginning to understand how safe and effective kettlebell training is. This one-day training does not teach the advance lifts and progresses students very slowly and safely.
