Bizak is a tool for Business, Investors & Entrepreneurs.

Bizak is a business network which computes the profitability of internet startups, creates website rankings & benchmarks, and connects entrepreneurs with investors.

Entrepreneurs use Bizak to compute their business valuation, compare their startup's performance to industry benchmarks and connect with investors for funding.

The Bizak Estimate gives investors an approximate valuation of internet startups based on revenues, traffic and EPV. This valuation can then be compared to other startups and the industry mean. Investors can also quickly calculate high and low valuations from a range of revenue multipliers.

Revenues - The gross (total) income generated from internet operations. Revenues are before the subtraction of costs and expenses.

Costs - The total costs & expenses associated with internet operations. Costs include marketing, advertising, SEO, hosting, domains, PPC, etc.
CPV - Costs per Visitor = total costs divided by visitors. CPV is the dollar amount spent for each visitor.
Earnings - The profit or loss (net income) generated from internet operations. Earnings are after the subtraction of costs from revenues.
EPV - Earnings per Visitor (EPV) = earnings divided by visitors. EPV is the profit (or loss) earned for each visitor.
