Update as of 2/2009: We have since moved from this complex. The new management started to allow everyone to have dogs and the noise situation as well as outdoor cats urinating everywhere was intolerable. The joke is that this complex charges one of the highest going rates in Ventura, Ca because of its location. And they tried charging us for the kitchen flooring that they were replacing in the remodel anyway. Swindlers and cheats and just ridiculous. Ugh. My downstairs neighbor either has this dog out on their patio where it whines all day and night long, or they let it inside when they leave the house, as proof here by the dog sitting in the window, barking for 4 hours straight. After several tenants called the police department about it, the dispatcher told me that the residents had been called and said, "We're out in the town right now and we'll be home when we get home." (Is it mean for me to be on a rampage to get this dog taken away from the owner?)
