Check this out, listen to this guy. He works for Paypal and admits I am right.
The number I gave was an old outdated phone number. One I had to cancle because they called me 5 times a day for weeks.
I complained about them calling me numerous times. He asked again what the situation was and I explained it to him. Customer bought a Mcintosh MC2500 amplifier from me. He painted it and then after he painted it he wanted to return it.
Paypal helped perpetuate fraud.
Paypal is only a transaction company, they are a middle guy.
There seems to be a huge problem with these chargebacks "quote from the man"
When you accept a credit card payment from paypal, you agree to accept chargebacks. "quote from the man"
There is seller protection listen to that, I followed everything.
Paypal has my amplifier, but they dont get in the middle of item disputes.
Sounds like my dispute is straight forward, "quote"
6:08 listen to his rebuttal-
What info would I need? The credit card info so I could fight my own chargeback.
"quote" You've got a point there,
It's a business risk I chose to take when accepting paypal. What about people that are not a business.
Would they send me a written letter so I can verify the debt? NOPE!
This customer stole my item and paypal still gave him the money even when he admitted he got it. They let him do a chargeback when he still had it.
Dont use Paypal it will rob you even if you only use it once.
DONT USE PAYPAL.
Paypal is a scam company, do not do business with them or you too will be scammed out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
